Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Maximiliano D. Couvillier, III on 5/15/2024.
Upon reviewing the docket in this case, the last activity within the docket was back in September 2023, dismissing Quail Valley Water District (ECF No. 42). The Court notes that the only remaining defendant in this case appears to be Chicago Title Insurance Company. Discovery was stayed as to this defendant on October 13, 2022. ECF No. 32. The Court had ordered that if the Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 12) did not result in disposition of the case, the parties were to file a new joint discovery plan within 21 days of the issuance of the order resolving that motion. ECF No. 32. That motion was resolved but the parties did not submit a discovery plan. The Court also notes that there are no pending motions. Thus, the stay in discovery is lifted. The parties shall submit a "Stipulation Regarding Status and Discovery" by no later than June 14, 2024, which: (a) identifies all pending claims and remaining parties; and (b) sets forth scheduling plan to complete any remaining discovery, in compliance with LR 26-1.
