Pending before the Court is the 276 Motion to Enforce Injunction Order filed by Plaintiff Desirous Parties Unlimited Incorporated. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants Right Connection, Inc., and Defendant Don Hughes are failing to comply with the Court's 72 Injunction Order, and Plaintiff requests emergency treatment of its motion. In light of Defendants' alleged noncompliance, the Court agrees that the 276 Motion should be treated on an emergency basis. Accordingly, the Court will expedite its ruling on the 276 Motion once it is fully briefed.
