Defendant's motion is DENIED, and the subject redacted document (ECF No. 19 -2) is STRICKEN as improperly filed. Under Local Rule 140(b), no other redactions other than those set forth in subsection (a) are permitted unless the Court has authorized the redaction. See E.D. Cal. L.R. 140. The Court has not authorized redaction of the Administrative Services Agreement ("ASA") at issue. Should counsel seek to submit a redacted version of the ASA, counsel is required to file a request to seal. See E.D. L.R. 141.
