Order
ORDER. The court thanks the parties for their Local Rule 26(f) Report, see ECF No. 26 , and establishes the following scheduling order: Any motion to supplement the record shall be filed on or before the 21st day that the Defendant files the administrative record. Any dispositive motions shall be filed on or before October 9, 2026 unless otherwise ordered by the court. Because this case is an administrative appeal under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, a Joint Trial Memorandum does not appear to be applicable. If the court later determines that a Joint Trial Memorandum is necessary, the court will modify the scheduling order accordingly. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Omar A. Williams on 7/14/2026. (KM)
