ORDER granting Plaintiffs' Motion to Consolidate Actions and Appoint Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel (Doc. # 14). The cases referenced herein are CONSOLIDATED for all purposes with Case No. 8:26-cv-1881-VMC-LSG designated as the lead case. The parties are directed to submit all future filings utilizing that case number. The Clerk is directed to docket the pleadings in Case No. 8:26-cv-1903-VMC-CPT in the lead case. The Clerk is further directed to enter a copy of this Order in Case No. 8:26-cv-1903-VMC-CPT, terminate any deadlines and hearings in that case, and administratively close that file. Laura Van Note of Cole & Van Note and Robert R. Jimenez of Bryson, Harris, Suciu & Demay PLLC are designated as interim co-lead counsel pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(g)(3).
