Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Reset or Otherwise Hold in Abeyance Defendants' Responsive Pleading Deadline. 27 . Therein, Defendants request that the Court reset or hold in abeyance their current deadline to answer, move, or otherwise plead in response to the Complaint because Plaintiff intends to file an amended complaint which would not name Defendants and moot any response to the Complaint. See id. at 1-2. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 2-3. However, that deadline was based on the service of the original Complaint (ECF No. 1), which is no longer the operative complaint due to Plaintiff's filing of the Amended Complaint (ECF No. 29). Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 27 is DENIED AS MOOT. Signed by Judge K. Michael Moore on 8/20/2026. (srn)
