ORDER terminating 35 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Upon reflection, the Court is of the view that it makes more sense to hold off on discovery until the motion to dismiss (as to which the Court intimates no view at this time) is resolved. Thus, discovery is stayed pending further order of the Court. That does not preclude the parties from engaging in voluntary disclosures, in aid of settlement or otherwise.
