Pursuant to FRCP 16(b)(3)(B)(v), the parties must - after meaningful conferral - request a conference with the Court before moving for an order relating to a discovery dispute. In requesting a conference with the Court, the parties shall send a single email to the Courtroom Deputy with one page from each side summarizing the dispute.
