MINUTE ENTRY ORDER FOR TELEPHONE CONFERENCE held on 7/31/2026 before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram: The Court heard from Counsel as to remaining discovery in the case. Based on the described scope of outstanding discovery, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Scheduling Order (D.E. 17 ) is AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 3. All fact discovery shall be completed by 8/28/2026. All expert discovery shall be completed by 11/13/2026. These deadlines mean, as relevant, service of written discovery calculated to secure a response by and compliant with the deadline. 4. NLT 8/14/2026, Plaintiffs shall disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial to establish any claim or counter-claim, accompanied by written reports signed by the Rule 26(a)(2)(B) expert witnesses and/or written summaries consistent with Rule 26(a)(2)(C), as applicable, all in compliance with the rule. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. Defendants shall do the same by 9/30/2026. Supplementation under Rule 26(e), if any, shall be made in accordance with that rule. 5. NLT 12/18/2026, counsel for the parties shall file all dispositive motions. Response and reply time shall be governed by local rule. Any depositions cited to in a motion or other brief must be filed in their entirety along with the motion or other brief (either as a separate record entry or if feasible as an attachment).
