EO: On 8/3/2026, Plaintiff Summer Taylor ("Plaintiff") filed [ECF 19 ] Notice of Settlement ("Notice"). The Notice states that Plaintiff and Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC have reached a settlement and anticipate finalizing settlement documents and filing a dismissal within forty-five (45) days. In light of the foregoing, the Telephonic Rule 16 Scheduling Conference scheduled for 8/10/2026 before Magistrate Judge Trader is VACATED.Stipulation for dismissal shall be submitted by 10/5/2026 to Watson_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov with a courtesy copy to Trader_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov. To monitor status of the stipulation for dismissal, the Court schedules a Telephone Conference for 10/15/2026 at 9:15 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader. Parties and other participants must call at least five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the conference.
