Accordingly, Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC is no longer restrained from allowing the transfer or other disposition of assets from Erwin's account as a result of the citation, and Erwin may resume making withdrawals from his account. The citation on Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC is quashed as to Erwin Cohn without prejudice to Plaintiff reissuing it when the stay of enforcement of its judgment against Erwin Cohn is lifted.
