Order on Motion for Extension of Time
PAPERLESS ORDER granting 8 Joint Motion for Extension of Time for Plaintiff to File Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff shall file his Motion for Summary Judgment on or before July 10, 2026. Further, the parties were previously ordered to comply with paragraphs 1-2 of 3 the Court's Order Regarding Magistrate Consent Jurisdiction, Opt-Out Procedure, and Scheduling by May 13, 2026. See ECF No. 7 . To date, the parties have failed to do so. The Court therefore orders the parties--for a third time--to file either (1) a joint motion for case reassignment to a District Judge, or (2) a joint notice of consent to Magistrate Judge Jurisdiction. They shall do so on or before June 29, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Eduardo I. Sanchez on 6/22/2026. (jvs)
