ORDER. Plaintiff has not responded to the show cause order. Local Rule 41.3(A (2) provides that the Court may dismiss a civil case for want of prosecution if a plaintiff refuses to obey a lawful order of the Court. In light of Plaintiff's failure to follow an order of this Court and failure to show that jurisdiction exists, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case.
