ORDER DISMISSING ACTION: On October 16, 2025, Defendant filed a "Notice of Settlement" stating that "all claims in this matter have settled" [Doc. 26]. On October 17, "[i]n accordance with Local Rule 68.1," the Court ordered the Parties to file "a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) by November 17, 2025" [Doc. 27]. And the Court warned that it "will dismiss this action" if the Parties failed to comply with its October 17 Order [Id.]. Nevertheless, the Parties failed to comply. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) and Local Rule 68.1. An appropriate judgment shall enter. See Order for details.
