Order
ORDER (AGS): Defendant King's page-limit objection (ECF 195 ) to plaintiff's 22-page opposition brief is overruled. The Court repeatedly characterized the relevant responsive briefing as an "opposition." (See ECF 150 , at 2; ECF 168 , at 1; ECF 184.) In this District, "opposition" briefs or memoranda are limited to at most "twenty-five (25) pages." CivLR 7.1(h). The Court never authorized any "reply," which would have been limited to "ten (10) pages." Id. Thus, plaintiff's 22-page opposition was not improperly long. Per Chambers of the Honorable District Judge Andrew G. Schopler on 09/04/2026.(no document attached) (mef)
