   Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief

   PAPERLESS ORDER STAYING CASE. This case is currently set for trial on September 1, 2026. See Third Amended Scheduling Order [ECF No. 344]. The parties, however, have filed several motions and objections that we must resolve. See Objections to Report & Recommendation [ECF No. 346]; Objections to Discovery Order [ECF No. 386]; Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint [ECF No. 387]. Because we need to adjudicate these three requests for relief, and have several other pressing matters, the trial cannot proceed as scheduled. Accordingly, we hereby ORDER that this case is CLOSED and STAYED pending our adjudication of the pending motions and objections. This closure is without prejudice to the parties to fully brief the Objections to Discovery Order [ECF No. 386] and the Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint [ECF No. 387]. We’ll lift this stay and enter a new scheduling order after the pending motions and objections have been resolved. The parties' Stipulation and Request for Order on Timing [ECF No. 388] is DENIED as moot because the parties' pre-trial motions are no longer due by July 12, 2026.

   In the meantime, the parties are ORDERED to hold an informal settlement conference within the next 45 days. By August 26, 2026, the parties shall file a notice informing us whether they’ve settled their dispute or otherwise narrowed the issues we must adjudicate.
