TEXT ORDER: On April 16, 2026, the Court stayed this case pending the Seventh Circuit's decision in Jones v. Blackstone Medical Services, LLC, No. 25-2398. (Text Order dated Apr. 16, 2026.) In doing so, it ordered the parties to submit a status report within two weeks of that decision. It appears that the Seventh Circuit issued a decision in Jones on July 16, 2026, but the parties have yet to file a status report.
