ORDER: The parties' 18 request for an extension of several discovery deadlines is granted as set forth below, and the parties are advised not to expect further extensions of discovery.
The parties shall submit a joint status report by July 6, 2026.
By August 11, 2026, affirmative expert reports shall be exchanged.
By September 11, 2026, rebuttal expert reports shall be exchanged.
By October 12, 2026, expert depositions shall be completed.
By October 19, 2026, all discovery shall be completed.
By October 26, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report certifying the close of all discovery.
November 9, 2026, shall be the deadline to take the first step in dispositive motion practice.
