Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File ~Util - Set/Reset Deadlines 1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
TEXT ORDER: The parties' 23 Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Dispositive Motions is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." The parties request a one-month extension because an audit scheduled for August 26, 2026 twelve days after the dispositive motion deadline could resolve the issues raised in the Complaint. The Court finds good cause for the requested extension. Accordingly, dispositive motions are now due on or before September 11, 2026. The Proposed Pretrial Order, Final Pretrial Conference, and Jury Trial dates are now VACATED and will be reset if necessary at the appropriate time. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Hanna on 8/11/26. (ECJ)
