MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 64 Response to Motion filed by Purdue Master Disbursement Trust. ENDORSEMENT: Appellant Amanda Morales's motion to compel the Ad Hoc Committee of Governmental and Other Contingent Litigation Claimants to comply with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2019 is DENIED. The Ad Hoc Committee is no longer a party to this appeal, having been substituted by the Purdue Master Disbursement Trust following consummation of Purdue's Chapter 11 Plan. (ECF No. 61.) Moreover, the Ad Hoc Committee filed a Rule 2019 statement in the underlying bankruptcy proceeding, and Appellant has not demonstrated that any further disclosure under Rule 2019 is required in this appeal. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Endorsement to pro se Appellant at the address listed on ECF, and to note service on the docket. SO ORDERED.
