ORDER: In light of Plaintiffs' request (made to the Court's law clerk after the 5/22/2024 contempt hearing had concluded) to serve the transcript of today's hearing by 5/29/2024, the Court modifies its contempt order as follows: Defendant shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of service plus one day to come into compliance with the Court's judgment. If Defendant fails to do so, a $1,000 weekly fine will be imposed against Defendants for the first four weeks and then $2,000 per week for the next four weeks. Again, if Defendant comes into compliance at any time, it shall file a letter so stating. Plaintiffs shall effect service of both the 5/22/2024 Minute Entry, this Docket Order, and the hearing transcript via overnight and first-class mail at Defendant's last known address, and shall file proof of service on ECF by 5/29/2024.
After Plaintiffs file the requested letter as ordered in the Court's 5/22/2024 Minute Entry, Plaintiffs shall serve the letter as filed by overnight mail and first-class mail at Defendant's last known address, and file proof of service on ECF within 2 business days of the filing.
