   ORDER RE: 61 Plaintiffs Motion to Revive Judgment: The motion does not include proof that Plaintiff served proper notice of the motion on Defendant(s). Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 69(a)(1), Illinois procedure governs proceedings to enforce a money judgment unless a federal statute provides otherwise. Illinois law requires service of notice of a petition to revive judgment in accordance with Illinois Supreme Court Rule 106, which incorporates the notice methods provided in Illinois Supreme Court Rule 105. See 735 ILCS 5/2-1602(c). On or before July 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall file proof of service showing compliance with Rules 106 and 105.
