TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's 20 Second Renewed Motion for Rule to Show Cause is GRANTED. Plaintiff represents that it has learned that Bud Cooper, a member of Defendant Atco Masonry, LLC, is presently performing masonry work in the vicinity of the Knox County Jail and that Plaintiff's counsel will coordinate with the Knox County Sheriff to personally serve him. Accordingly, an in-person Order to Show Cause Hearing is SET for October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Courtroom D, United States Courthouse, Peoria, Illinois, before Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Hanna. Defendant Atco Masonry, LLC, through Bud Cooper or another authorized representative with authority to act on Defendant's behalf, shall personally appear before the Court and show cause why Defendant should not be held in civil contempt for failing to comply with the Court's September 22, 2025 Order. Defendant is further ORDERED to comply with the Court's September 22, 2025 Order requiring production of the previously ordered accounting records. Plaintiff shall personally serve Defendant, through Bud Cooper, as set forth in its motion. Plaintiff shall file proof of such service no later than three (3) days before the hearing. Plaintiff's requests for attorney's fees, costs, sanctions, and any other relief are TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT and will be addressed, as appropriate, following the show-cause hearing.
