ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION [ECF No. 16 ] by Judge John W. Holcomb. For the foregoing reasons, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: Defendants Motion to compel [ECF No. 16] is GRANTED. Valdez is DIRECTED to submit any claim for relief that she wishes to pursue to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement. This case is STAYED pending the resolution of the arbitration proceeding. Any party may move at any time to modify or vacate the stay, for good cause shown. The parties are DIRECTED to file no later than August 28, 2026, and every 90 days thereafter, a Joint Status Report that advises the Court regarding the posture of the arbitration proceeding.
