MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 24 Letter filed by Digital Brands Group, Inc. ENDORSEMENT: The Court intimates no view on whether or to what extent the discovery Defendants seek would be admissible at any hearing. With that caveat, the Court generally agrees with Defendants on the scope of discovery and adopts the parties' joint proposals and Defendants' proposals set forth above, except that the Court reserves judgment on whether Defendants should be limited to fewer than six non-party depositions pending further conferring among the parties on the need for that many depositions as discovery proceeds. Meanwhile, by separate Order to be entered today, the Court is referring this case to Magistrate Judge Cave for settlement purposes. The parties shall contact her Chambers no later than September 3, 2026, to schedule a settlement conference to be held before the scheduled hearing. If the parties agree that the schedule should be adjusted to facilitate good faith settlement discussions, they should confer and file a joint letter motion to that effect. SO ORDERED.
