Wells Fargo will continue to be represented by attorneys from the law firms McGuire Woods LLP and Holland & Hart. Thus, the Motion is not to withdraw, but to remove Ms. Johnson from the list of counsel for Wells Fargo and from the electronic service system.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw the Appearance of Karla L. Johnson (ECF No. 981 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court must remove Karla L. Johnson's name from CM/ECF and the docket so that she no longer receives electronic service of materials filed in this case.
