Counsel is also advised that because the plaintiff is a representative party who, under Illinois law, likely cannot represent himself, counsel's obligation to advise the plaintiff of the consequences of withdrawal include, in the Court's view, advising the plaintiff that the case will be subject to dismissal unless replacement counsel appears reasonably promptly.
