2 - Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER (text only). The Court DENIES without prejudice the parties' 43 Stipulated Proposed Protective Order. Sections 2.5 and 4.5 impose additional restrictions beyond the needs of a protective order that the Court finds inappropriate to include in a protective order. These may not be the only deficiencies, but the Court need not scour the redlines further. Should the parties elect to file an amended proposed protective order, they are directed to hew as closely as possible to the model protective order; the parties are free to reach a private agreement between themselves on subject matter that is not included in the model order. The Court will decline to review proposed protective orders with an unwarranted volume of proposed modifications. Authorized by Judge Lauren King. (KRA)
