Extending Answer Due Deadline
ORDER GRANTING Stipulation to Extend Time to Respond to First Amended Complaint and for Briefing Schedule 79 by Judge Anne Hwang as follows: (1) The Stipulating Defendants shall have an additional twenty-eight (28) days to respond to the FAC, up to and including 7/13/2026; (2) Plaintiffs shall have thirty (30) days to file any oppositions, up to and including 8/12/2026; (3) Defendants shall have twenty-one (21) days to file any replies, up to and including 9/2/2026; and The parties agree that the Stipulating Defendants' Rule 12 and/or anti-SLAPP motions may be heard on 9/23/2026 at 1:30 PM.
