Defendant's motion for a third-party forensic inspection of Plaintiffs' personal electronic devices is granted. The parties are directed to meet and confer to devise a protocol within the next two weeks and file a status report by September 10, 2026. With respect to Plaintiffs' emails, the motion is denied as moot. 2. Defendant's motion seeking third-party communications is granted in part. Plaintiffs shall provide the names and contact information of up to five people with whom they discussed the effects of the data breach, along with a summary of the communication. 3.
