   TEXT ORDER: The Court has received the parties' letter advising that the parties failed to comply with the Court's Order requiring them to calendar all remaining fact depositions to ensure completion by 11/30/2026, and seeking a two-month extension of fact discovery. (Dkt. No. 279 ). The 10/19/2026 status conference is hereby rescheduled for 10/15/2026. At 12:30 p.m. on that day, the parties shall report to Courtroom 9 of the Frank R. Lautenberg U.S. Post Office and Courthouse at 2 Federal Square in Newark, NJ 07102. Counsel shall bring their calendars. The Court will begin the status conference once the parties have called chambers to confirm that all remaining fact depositions have been scheduled and the parties have a proposed expert discovery schedule for the Court to consider. The letter does not identify good cause under Rule 16 to modify the current deadlines. The Court will therefore reserve on the parties' request to modify the deadlines until the 10/15/2026 status conference to provide the parties with an opportunity to demonstrate the diligence required for a finding of good cause.
