Upon numerous attempts to contact plaintiff's counsel to correct this filing, with no response from counsel, the Court, on its own motion, HEREBY ORDERS the Scheduling Conference reset for 11/2/2026 at 01:30 PM in Courtroom 5 (WBS) before Senior Judge William B. Shubb. A joint status report shall be filed no later than 10/19/2026 in accordance with the Court's Order Re: Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference filed 3/10/2026 3 . All parties in this action are required to adhere to the orders of this Court and the Local Rules. Future filings that fail to comply with this Court's orders or the Local Rules may be stricken.
