Correspondence re: settlement conference (O'Dell, Julie)
Order on Motion to Amend/Correct
PAPERLESS ORDER: The court is in receipt of the parties' Joint Motion to Modify the Amended Scheduling Order at ECF No. 102 (the "Motion") in which the parties request to extend their deadlines for filing dispositive pretrial motions and set a deadline for Plaintiff's anticipated motion for class certification. The court will grant in part the Motion to the extent it asks the court to set a deadline for Plaintiff's motion for class certification and extend the dispositive pretrial motions deadline. The court will hold the Motion sub curia, however, to the extent it requests the court impose the deadlines proposed. Within three (3) business days of the parties scheduling a settlement conference with Judge Aslan, the parties shall provide a supplement to the Motion to advise on their requested proposed deadlines and whether they jointly request the deadlines be entered as proposed or be further extended. Signed by Judge Julie Rebecca Rubin on 8/3/2026. (heps, Deputy Clerk)
