Order on Motion to Stay
ORDER granting 99 Joint Motion to Stay. In light of the pendency of the Second Circuit appeal of this Court’s decision on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction at ECF No. 93, and in the interest of judicial economy, the Court finds that a stay is appropriate. The matter is thus stayed until 21 days after the Second Circuit’s decision in the above appeal. Within 21 days of such a decision, the parties shall file a joint status report on this docket with proposed responsive pleading and discovery deadlines.
