EO: ORDER: DENYING IN PART HOSODA LAW GROUP, AAL, ALC'S MOTION TO FILE UNDER SEAL EXHIBITS 12, 13, 14, AND 15 TO ITS MOTION TO INTERPLEAD ATTORNEYS' FEES AND IMMEDIATE ACCOUNTING [ECF 797] AS TO EXHIBITS 14 AND 15; PROVISIONALLY SEALING EXHIBITS; AND DIRECTING THE PARTIES TO FILE REDACTED VERSIONS OF EXHIBITS 12 AND 13
  ...The Court ORDERS the parties to propose redactions to Exhibit 12 and Exhibit 13 pursuant to the instructions laid out in this entering order. The Court further ORDERS the parties to submit their proposed redactions directly to the Court by July 23, 2026. The Court will thereafter issue an order ruling on the parties' proposed redactions.
  The Court DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the Motion to Seal as to the Loan Agreements.
  The Court, however, PROVISIONALLY SEALS Exhibit 12, Exhibit 13, and the Loan Agreements, pending: the submission of, and the Court's resolution of, the parties' proposed redactions to Exhibits 12 and 13; and the filing of, and the Court's resolution of, any motion seeking to seal, entirely or in part, the Loan Agreements. Any party seeking to seal the Loan Agreements, either partially or wholly, must file its motion by July 23, 2026. If no such motions are filed by July 23, 2026, the Court will instruct the Clerk's Office to end the provisional sealing of the Loan Agreements. Further, if no party proposes any redactions to Exhibit 12 and/or Exhibit 13, the Court will instruct the Clerk's Office to end the provisional sealing of Exhibit 12 and/or Exhibit 13.
  The Court will provide the Clerk's Office with copies of the exhibits to file under provisional seal.
  IT IS SO ORDERED.
