OPINION AND ORDER: The court FINDS that RMST's planned auction of approximately one hundred (100) lots of Titanic Artifacts, reported to be from the French Collection, is subject to this court's jurisdiction and ultimate approval by the t erms of the Covenants and Conditions. Accordingly, RMST's auction, presently for July or August 2026, remains ENJOINED pending further proceedings before this court. RMST is ORDERED, within sixty (60) days of entry of this Opinion and Order, to file a proposed schedule as directed in this Opinion and Order and in consultation with the United States. The United States may, within thirty (30) days of RMST's filing of a proposed schedule file a response and any alternative schedule. The court HOLDS IN ABEYANCE the remainder of the United States' recommendations, as set forth in its Supplemental Brief, ECF No. 830 at 22-23, pending further proceedings consistent with this Opinion and Order.
