EO: The court sets a hearing on the following four Motions to Enforce Judgment: Dkt. No. 1204 (Chevron Corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc.), Dkt. No. 1263 (Shell USA, Inc. (f.k.a Shell Oil Company) and Shell Oil Products Company LLC), Dkt. No. 1298 (Woodside Energy Hawaii, Inc.), and Dkt. No. 1300 (ConocoPhillips, ConocoPhillips Company, Philipps 66, and Phillips 66 Company) for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (HST) and shall be a HYBRID hearing before Judge MICAH W. J. SMITH. Any party to the case that wishes to appear in person shall appear in Aha Kaulike, VTC access is limited to counsel of record.
In advance of the hearing, counsel shall contact the courtroom manager by email no later than August 19, 2026 to inform her who and how they will appear at the hearing. In advance of the hearing the courtroom manager will provide VTC participants with instructions for connecting by video.
