Jantz: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report 86 , in which the parties advise that they have agreed to solicit a proposal for a supplemental rate study report focused on addressing projected funding deficits for future capital improvements to the regional wastewater system. In light of this plan, the parties request a status hearing in December to update the Court on the expected completion date of the supplemental rate study report. Accordingly, the Court strikes the status hearing set for 9/10/2026 80 and resets it to 12/17/2026 at 9:15 a.m. To join the hearing by phone, dial 1-650-479-3207 and enter access code 2308 182 1801. Entering an attendee code is not required. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court-issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
