MINUTE ORDER. In light of the parties' 53 Joint Status Report, the Court will grant the joint request to suspend filing deadlines through July 14, 2026. By that date, the parties shall submit another joint status report further addressing the questions posed by the Court's June 16 Minute Order and any other relevant matters or, if necessary, request another abeyance of case deadlines. The parties shall also include a proposed briefing schedule in their July 14 status report with regard to the filing of a motion to dismiss or an answer, in the event that they cannot agree on a timeline for further continuances.
