TEXT ORDER: Respondents ask this Court to dismiss the Petition because Petitioner withdrew his request for a bond hearing and has not exhausted his administrative remedies. (ECF No. 7 .) Petitioner's counsel represents that Petitioner withdrew his request for a bond hearing due to late-filed documents by DHS but intends to proceed with a rescheduled hearing. (ECF No. 8 .) Counsel for Respondents and Petitioner shall confer and reschedule the bond hearing within seven (7) days. Within three (3) days of the bond hearing, Respondents shall report the outcome of that proceeding and request to close this matter. The temporary stay of transfer shall remain in effect while this matter is pending. So Ordered by Judge Robert Kirsch on 09/18/2026. (pdm)
