The Court's order 87 set a deadline; it did not relieve Defendants of their obligation to follow the Rules. If Defendants seek to file a third-party complaint, they must meet and confer with opposing counsel and comply with either the Pretrial Scheduling Order's requirements for unopposed motions or the requirements under that Order and LR 7.1(b) if the motion is opposed. Any such motion must be filed in compliance with the Rules and the Court's orders by August 5, 2026, failing which the Court will deny it as untimely. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Dulce J.
