ORDER granting in part 70 Motion for Extension of Time. The Court finds that there is good cause to extend the parties' discovery deadlines by three months, given the outstanding discovery in this case. However, the Court does not find good cause at this time for the requested six-month extension, given that it has authorized discovery extensions twice already. See ECF No. 58, 67. Accordingly, relevant deadlines are extended as follows: Discovery shall be completed by October 13, 2026. Another joint status report shall be filed by October 20, 2026, addressing the topics described in the Scheduling Order, ECF No. 29 at 2-3. Dispositive motions shall be filed by November 13, 2026.
