Order Dismissing Case
TEXT ORDER: On 05/06/2024, Plaintiff filed a Stipulation of Dismissal signed by both Parties. (D. 24 ). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Within the Stipulation itself, however, Plaintiff states that the Parties "stipulate to the dismissal of this action with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees." Id. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a), with each party to bear their own fees and costs. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close the case.
