In light of the parties' representations, the status conference scheduled for June 29, 2026 is ADJOURNED to August 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. dial in information remains the same. The Court appreciates the parties' efforts to resolve the case and amicably proceed through discovery. No later than August 19, 2026, the parties shall file a joint letter not to exceed five (5) pages summarizing the status of the case.
