Text Order ~Util - Terminate Motions
TEXT ORDER - The Court is in receipt of a letter from Plaintiff's counsel informing the Court that the Parties recently engaged in an unsuccessful mediation. ECF No. 232. Counsel also requests a "further conference" with the Court. Id. In light of this update and request, there is a telephonic status conference before Judge Claire C. Cecchi scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Call-in information will be provided in advance of the conference by email. Additionally, the Parties are hereby ORDERED to submit separate confidential letters to the Court in which they provide their current settlement positions. The letters shall not exceed three (3) double-spaced pages and shall be submitted by September 10, 2026, via email to Chambers_of_Judge_Claire_Cecchi@njd.uscourts.gov.
