PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On August 28, 2026, I entered an order granting in part Defendants' motion to compel and stating the following: "On or before August 31, 2026, Defendants shall serve this order on Downer and file a certificate of compliance with the Court." (DE 39 ) at 4. The deadline has passed, and Defendants have not filed a certificate of compliance showing that they served the Court's order on Downer Enterprises d/b/a A Sure Thing Plumbing Company. Accordingly, on or before September 4, 2026, Defendants shall file a certificate of compliance or show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failure to comply with the Court's order.
