MINUTES [IN CHAMBERS] Order Regarding Motion to Defendant's/Counter-Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce the Amended Settlement Agreement 146 by Judge James V. Selna. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the motion to enforce the amended settlement agreement, as well as Manus' request for prejudgment interest, attorneys' fees, and related costs. Manus is directed to file a motion for attorneys' fees and costs and submit an accounting of its attorneys' fees and costs associated with this action. Within ten days, Manus shall submit a form of judgment embodying this Order. The Court further finds that oral argument would not be helpful on this matter. Fed. R. Civ. P. 78; L.R. 7-15. Accordingly, the Court VACATES the September 14, 2026, hearing. (lom)
