EO: The Court has reviewed Defendants' 30 Status Report and GRANTS the parties' request to submit letter briefs on the remaining two issues concerning the coordinated depositions. Additionally, in accordance with the Court's Minute Order dated 2/23/2024, the Court would like to analyze the remaining issues submitted in the letter briefs in light of the terms that the parties have agreed to so far. Thus, either before, or simultaneously with the parties' letter briefs, Defendants shall file a document setting forth the terms that the parties have agreed to with respect to the coordinated depositions. This document shall not count towards the parties' 5-page limit of their letter briefs. The parties may choose a deadline of May 1, 2024 for their letter briefs or another reasonable deadline thereafter, see Local Rule 37.1(c)(1), but no later than May 10, 2024. Finally, the Court GRANTS the parties' request to file the letter briefs first in the O'Hailpin case. The parties shall file the letter briefs in other cases within two business days.
