MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER for 31 Report and Recommendations,,, The Court has considered all of the parties' arguments. To the extent not specifically addressed, those arguments are either moot or without merit. The objections to the Rep ort and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge are overruled and the Court adopts the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation in its entirety. The petitioners' § 1782 application is granted. The Noteholder Respondents' motion for leave to file a reply in support of their objections is denied as moot.
