ORDER. The August 26 Report and Recommendation (Doc. 19 ) is VACATED. The clerk shall terminate Diaz Anselmo & Associates, P.A., as a defendant. The first amended complaint (Doc. 20 ) is STRICKEN as procedurally deficient. Within seven (7) days of this Order, Plaintiff shall file a second amended complaint, which complies with this Court's Local Rules particularly, the page limitation, and shall clearly identify the defendants to the suit. If Plaintiff adds a new defendant, she shall serve a copy of the second amended complaint on the new defendant, consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4, and shall file proof of service with the Court.
