Order of Dismissal or Administrative Closure
ELECTRONIC Order Administratively Closing Case.
On September 9, 2026, this case was randomly reassigned to the undersigned by order of Chief District Judge Reed O'Connor. See Doc. No. 58. The Court had a conference call with counsel for all parties today. Counsel for Plaintiff intends to file a motion for leave to substitute parties and to file an amended complaint. In light of the status of this case, the Court ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSES this case. The Court will reopen the case once Plaintiff's anticipated motion for leave is determined. To be clear, all pending motions REMAIN PENDING.
There appears to be no further reason at this time to maintain the file as open for statistical purposes, therefore the Court ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSES this case. The Clerk is, therefore, instructed to submit a JS-6 form to the Administrative Office, thereby removing this case from the statistical records. Nothing in this Order shall be considered a dismissal or disposition of this case. Once Court reopens this case, it will proceed in the same manner as if this Order had not been entered.
