The conference will be vacated if a stipulation to continue the trial is filed.

A settlement conference was conducted before Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah commencing at 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026. Discussions concluded at approximately 11:00 a.m. A settlement was reached, the terms of which are confidential.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a telephonic status hearing with counsel is scheduled for August 19, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.; provided, however, that if a stipulation and proposed order to dismiss this matter is filed by or before this date and time, the telephonic status conference will be automatically vacated.
The Parties are instructed to call the Audio Conference Line at (855) 244-8681, access code 2319 371 9980, five (5) minutes prior to the hearing time. Please remain on the line until such time as the Court joins the call and convenes the proceedings. The use of a cell phone or speaker phone during the call is prohibited.
