On Thursday, July 9, 2026, the Court received in the mail an unfiled involuntary petition for bankruptcy (Form 205) against Cyberlux Corporation, a defendant in this interpleader suit. The received Form 205 is attached as Exhibit A to this Order. To aid the Court in determining what effect, if any, these received materials have on the pending settlement in this case, each party SHALL file a brief, not to exceed five (5) pages, that addresses this situation by Monday, July 20, 2026. ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on the parties' questions about the disbursement of interest accrued on the Disputed Funds held in this Court. The Court shall distribute the accrued interest on a pro rata basis in accord with each claimant's portion of the Disputed Funds awarded in the parties' settlement negotiations, as memorialized in the memorandum of understanding (MOU). Accordingly, the parties need only include the MOU figures-and need not include anyinterest figures-in their forthcoming revised joint motion for distribution. (See ECF No. 225 .) It is so ORDERED.
